adult/xxx theme storage website

I am looking for a web site that can be built to match what i am looking for. I want a site for aspiring xxx models and actors/actress as well as every day people who want a safe place to store and allow their adult themed pics and movies to viewed. I want the website to be free up to 1.5 GB of space and then 65 USD per yeah for 4.5 GB with age verification software. The website will be where the author members can upload personal audtion tapes, erotic tapes, pictures, and simple profiles. then as they see fit they can send those pictures, etc. out to studios or agencies or lovers or friends to be viewed via a link to their profile/storage box that is accessed by a viewer password. So, there will be 2 levels, viewer with user name and password with age verification AND author where they login, upload movie and create the profiles. each author will be given 2 accounts an author account and viewer user account that he/she will have to manage the password protection on. upload only. no downloads. and only the author can delete or upload images, movies, etc. payment will need to be ccbill.
