A Small Fresh Inovative Design Something New and Impressive

Looking for a complete WebSite design, something fresh away from style sheets if possible. I have space / hosting and the website, I just need the website design In particular it must have: - A title page (Flash Based) - An active News (front page) with a clean feel / possibly Flash - A blog page with security - with the ability to post small pics within the blog - A register here section / this must have the integration of users and a back end DB to hold them - Image page - this is the funky bit I'm after the pictures displayed nice and cleanly but also the option to add your own with a two factor authentication i.e. to have the main page with limited access to add photos but also for other users to have the option to submit photos to be reviewed prior to display Support and functionality - A back end that gives the ability to alter pages and upload/remove contrent - Must be simple and have the ability to be altered (News and photos) by a mixed audience. Some good technical and some withlimited access and a simple interface. The site itself is for a Korean Martial Arts Union, so needs to be respectful.
