Develope a website

I have a design of a website (almost every page) that I require and need someone to develop it. I would like it designed in Wordpress. **** PLEASE READ. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO CREATE THIS THEN DO NOT BID FOR THIS PROJECT!**** Drawing Application: - I want a white drawing space with a specific measurements (selected developer will be provided with these) - The users are able to use basic tools such as a brush, straight lines, circles and text to design something on the blank space. Different colours should also be available. - Basically similar to MS Paint but on the website. - I want the ability for users to also be able to upload their own photos and drag them onto the white space. - Once the user has finished their drawing they will press next and they will be able to design one more picture using a blank white space (different measurements) but with a line down the middle (represents the middle of the card). - Once the user has finished that they will press next and will be shown the two images they have created. - In the end, the 2 images created by the user are sent to my email. More information on the Feedback page: - I want users to easily be able to add feedback. Users do not need to be registered but a Name and an Email is required before posting. Users have option to fill out what country they are from. - I want to be able to delete comments. - The little comment box on the left hand side continuously updated when a comment is made. So a new comment is added above the old one. - Feedback form needs to have a Captcha to avoid spam Extra Info: - I can provide the graphics. - I will provide all the content so you can just copy and paste - I will be using Paypal to process all payments. - Please note that I want to be able to add/remove pictures from the card gallery easily. - I want to be able to change certain links easily using options in the back-end. - Require a Thumps up voting system in the gallery and a page to show most voted items. - Validation rules before forms are sent. - More specific information will be given to the selected developer.
