Design and Develope A Professional Internet TV Website - repost

We need to setup an 24/7 internet TV website for our TV channel similar to these sites offered here: [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] But, I want the design of my site to look more more current, flashy and professional like [login to view URL] or BET.com. I need this urgent so if you are gonna take forever, I am not interested. The site should allow us to schedule and stream high quality HD video contents like music videos, movies, interviews, reality shows online. The backend should allow us to schedule the programs ahead of time and program them to run at specific times. You need to have an efficient program that does this scheduling well and one that's easy to use. The site should be able to place targeted advertising banners to make money from the site. Basically, this should run like any typical internet TV but I want it to look very flashy and professional like [login to view URL] and BET.com. One should be able to view the site on all mobile devices like iPad, iPhone, Android mobile devices etc. Please explain to me how you will design this site and functions. I need to know exactly how long it will take to finish. I prefer someone who has done something similar in the past. So please send me links to your previous work that's similar. No mater if we have 5 videos or 500 we can upload them and choose. Viewers should also be able select past programs beside the video player and watch when they feel like. Professional Video Player – The video player will allow special functions such stop, pause and rewind. Video on Demand – Not only will our internet TV channel have a streaming channel that give it a “real TV” feel but the package should also include video on demand. We can post and archive re-runs, or post as many videos as we like with our own video on demand section on your site. Custom Skin Video Player – Design a specific look for our video player on our site and brand it with our company logo. Subscription option: Our internet TV site should come ready with the ability to require customers to subscribe in order to view our featured video content. Customers should be able to sign up and sign in to watch videos. It should have social media buttons on the homepage to allow viewers to follow our company online. Comment Section for Videos: A Blog on our site where our viewers can comment on our videos! Just like youtube we can allow people to leave comments on our videos we post. Registration Form: Ability for our site to allow users to register with their own user name and password. This will allow us to track and record email addresses of our users giving you the ability to market and promote your videos through newsletters and mail outs.
