I've recently purchased a URL and plan on making a good Classified Ads site.
In the beginning it will be free to post, but we will be charging money in the future.
I need someone to build me this site, and hopefully some good software for the classifieds.
A few features we want on this site:
* Reviewing and accepting ads before they get posted
* Charging money when the time is right
* Be able to add / expand with more topics
* Adding ads form needs to be very specific
