Create a web application where people see two pictures and cast a vote

I am looking for a SENIOR programmer who can continue my project, as the previous developer already took $700 and gave nothing in return. 1) IN A NUTSHELL - I need a website where people get to see two pictures. They have to click on the person they like most, and then they get to see a new set of two other pictures. - Before visitors choose a winner, they can also give a badge (optional). - As soon as a user received a badge, he/she gets notified via email. You can only give one person one badge and it cannot be undone. - Visitors can pick winners, but if they want to give badges, they have to sign up or login with their existing account - They can also filter the duel based on gender and age category. - Registered members can also purchase a PRO membership via Paypal (should be integrated in the site). The difference here is that PRO members are able to contact other members by filling in a form on their profile page. So if you want to contact somebody, you have to purchase PRO membership. You can select out of 3 packages: 1 day PRO membership, 1 week or 1 month) - Logged-in users get to see their stats: when did they win a duel, when did they receive a badge, who gave them a badge etc. - There also is a Hall of fame, were the persons who won the most duels and received the most badges are shown for each past month. - There should also be a search function, if you want to find a specific registered member. - It is also required that a Wordpress blog will be installed so I can publish news and articles around dating. - I also need Google Analytics installed (I will provide you the code) Check this video for a quick example of how to site should look: [login to view URL] 2) REQUIREMENTS - I need a SENIOR programmer who has experience with this type of web applications - The site must be mobile-friendly, preferably responsive - Paypal must be integrated, for members who want to purchase a PRO membership - Wordpress must be integrated, for the blog - A few things still have to be designed: the page with search results and the hover effect for the badges, as I have no mockup for this - Site has to be in DUTCH - Automatic EMAIL-integration: emails should be send when people registered, when they received a badge, when somebody send them a personal message - Make the site SEO friendly (URLs, titles, non-www automatically redirect to www version etc.) - Site should be hacker safe (take safety measures) - Site should work in all common browsers, ALSO mobile browsers (I will test this!). 3) CONDITIONS - I do not pay upfront payments - During the project, all milestones will be created, but they will ONLY be released when the site is finished and has been tested for 1 week. - Don't be afraid, I'm an honest person and you always get your money of you deliver the requirements, see my excellent feedback as an employer. !!!
