Create php/css template from Joomla template

We have a client liking a Joomla website template but we would like it to be a static css/php template. So project is creating a static php/css template that has the same looks and slider (2 times) feature as the original Joomla template.

We can deliver the source files of the Joomla template inclusing PSD files. Delivery must contain:

- PHP/CSS website template

- Working front page and first layer of sub-pages

- Inclusing working menu

- Inclusing working main slider

- Inclusing working sub slider (under there)
