Create a community site

I need a community/aggregator site which could be a mix among a community/freelancer and a linkedin site (but more visual) with a clean but professional looking site something which could be a mix of [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] The homepage should have two category/options: becoming a member of the community and posting projects/assignments. I like to have the option of showing the faces of the members on the background to give a sense of community and maybe also at the bottom of the page a worldmap showing randomly some profiles (see for example at the bottom page of [login to view URL] ; I like also the counts of how many people are registered). On the homepage there should be also all social sharing bottom. Features: Members should be able to register via a form (name, email, password) or via social networks (Facebook, twitter, google+, linkedin) Each member should be able to create its own profile page with the ability to customized the background (something like [login to view URL]) and pull on the same page all contents from their social accounts, blogs, web presence in an elegant and clear way but also very visual. On the member profile page you should be able to have a clear preview of each social account with the latest flow/update, latest blog post, integrate tool like storify Memeber's profile has to be shared easily via social networks, by mail… Every member should be able to like other members' profile pages, and selected users could leave a feedback or rate them. Members should be geottaged and categorized by set fields. Each users could customized their profile url - [login to view URL] - and it has to implement (as onward option to members) a way to see insight analytics/statistics. (see [login to view URL]) Members could also create groups, invite other people already register to be part of those groups but also invite people that are yet to be registered (find friend and invite them option and see people near your or like same interests). The information registered by the members - such a mail, category .. should be enable to be exported into a .csv/excel format. The other main section of the site is for either non-register or register members of the community to submit project/assignments via a registration form and members should be able to like project or to bit it/apply. These users should have access to tools to rate a site, such as alexa ranking, google analytics all pull toghether and clearly display or to see the most-active members (see features on [login to view URL]) The site should also have a blog page with multi author function and other few pages such as terms&privacy, about, contact us... The site has to be easy to maintain via a control panel, i don't mind which framework is used as long would be easy to update content; it should work on mobile/ipad. Site should upload quickly ( max2,5sec) and be search engine optimized. Site has to be duplicated in two languages. Logo and design to be created, hosting to be provided. When finish we would need all sources, files, images, css, font etc... Open to discuss it in more details and to have advices on functionality.
