Create bootstrap mobile version of the site, and improve form validations

This is for the website [login to view URL] [login to view URL] of Birth fields need validation so dates that don’t exist can’t accidently be chosen [login to view URL] of the phone number fields can be the same, so home phone, work phone, mobile phone, bank phone. 3. At the moment if a user clicks back form page 2 for example and then clicks forward to go back on it, all the data they have entered will have been wiped. So I want the user to be able to click back and forwards without losing their form data. 4. The user can currently click the tabs at the top of the form before they have started to fill in the form. So they can click the “additional information” tab and it will take them to a blank page. I don’t want to let the user to be able click these tabs and get to a blank page. Here is an example of how I would want it set up: the user has filled in form page 1(personal information), and moved onto form page 2(additional information). They can now use the tabs (personal information) and (additional information), to jump between form page 1 and 2. But not tab 3 (Banking information) Once the user is on form page 3 after completing form page 1 and 2. The user can then use all three tabs to move between all form pages. This is just to stop the user landing on a blank page from clicking the tabs. 5. Turn the site into a bootstrap version so it will work well on different device sizes. This includes making smaller versions of the loading page after the form has been filled in. 7. Since different types of reject traffic affiliate links may work better with mobile traffic it would be a good idea to have a separate split selection for mobile traffic. So basically have a second area that I can add links to the different splits, which will run when the traffic is mobile. So one set of splits for normal traffic and one for mobile traffic. 8. Check the validation file I sent with the last project and see if there are any good form validations in it, that I could work well with the form that I haven’t thought of yet. 9. If you click on other pages in the site like the about us page. There is an apply box that appears in the side bar. I forgot to include this in the first project. Could the data filled into this box, be moved over to the full apply form. Like it does on the homepage.
