Connections Site Design and PHP Script backend

I require a PHP Coder and talented designer to create a modern and vibrant design with customised coding base for a brand new site that will allow users to create a ‘profile’ kind of listing that they may enter all their ‘connection’ details in, for example Facebook, Twitter, Google IDs and so on. You could almost call it a ‘business card/profile’ kind of profile listing, where avatars, images and pics can also be listed after a member registers. Profile pages need to include latest Tweet, post from Facebook wall, blog post, and so on and be listed in a directory of users that can all choose to share info with each other and connect with other members if they choose to do so. I would want users who register to use the site to be able to simply click on others detailed and form a ‘connection’ with them, that then is shown on their profile. The script doesn’t need exhausting amounts of bells and whistles and I would envisage this would develop over the passage of time to include additions, simply a means of communicating with all registered members of the site, list all their social networking details, favourite sites/bookmarks, profile info, contact details and so on and create connections with each other via the service. It would also need the ability for me to add content pages and add on required user fields for ‘profile’ pages as the site develops. Mobile version would need to be displayed for users of iPhone, smartphones, etc. Would like it to look very modern, fresh with a ‘big and fat’ design in a Web 2.0 kind of format with a fresh, fun, innovative and colourful design - please if you can’t design with modern standards and use up to date graphics and ideas, please don’t bid and waste your time and mine. ;) I realise this overview may seem somewhat vague, but I hope you grasp the basic concept I’m after, but please do contact me for more information if needs be and I would welcome a developer that would also bring ideas to the pot!
