Codeigniter Views - Need Layout, AJAX, Usability

We are building a website using codeigniter. In the end we will have approx. 40-50 views. What we need: - Design a layout for three separate but similar control panels. Focus on simple, professional, extremely easy to use. - Implement the layout using HTML, some javascript/AJAX where applicable. We want it to be Web 2.0. The three control panels: - Client Panel (This will be done first, preferably before June 1st) - Reseller Panel (Preferably done before June 1st but not necessary) - Admin Panel (This will be done last if we have time, preferably before July 1st) All the views will be filled with php data from my controllers. So basically you will have live wireframes to work with. We are updating our old website. You can use the current site to get an idea of what we currently have. I will send you a link if you PM me about it. Keep in mind, you will only see about 1/3 of the website. You will be looking at the majority of the Client Panel. This project does not start when the bidding ends. It will start sometime in mid May. We don't have all the views created yet. Your layout will need to be applied to the new views as we create them. Please let me know if you need more details. We are looking for someone who can be flexible, work on their own with minimal instructions and knows how to implement web 2.0 features well enough to advise us on making it user friendly. How we like to work: Most likely we will view your initial design - You will start applying it to the views - We will review your pages and request changes - This proces will continue until it is done. Please understand the specs of this project will change as we work. We will also consider hiring as a commission based freelancer. We would have to repost this project on freelancer, but just ask if you are interested.
