Code Wireframe Pages in PHP and Integrate into our Development Site

Code the following wireframe pages and integrate them into our existing, development site: Create Profile: [login to view URL] Edit Profile: [login to view URL] View Profile: [login to view URL] Browse Profiles: [login to view URL] The existing, development site is coded in PHP. Please review the attached document for instructions and an explanation of the functionality on each of the pages. Anyone that is working independently and that expresses interest in working with us on a long-term basis will get preference. If you can work with us on developing our entire site with our lead programmer, we will award you equity, but only if you can afford to work on a deferred compensation basis to prove your enthusiasm and commitment to our concept (all 5, including our lead programmer, work on an equity-only basis - we all deferred cash until funding). This project represents a trial to get into our team, and we’re looking for equitylancers, not freelancers, so let us know if you’re interested in something more long-term.
