Clone Custom Post Type Across Diffrent Sites

We have 5 websites which are all regional and each has local / unique content. We would like to take one section and duplicate the content across the entire site network after inputting the data on just one website. Its important that : 1) Any changes made on the master site are copied to the sub sites 2) We must have the ability to block 'do follow' on each one or more of the duplicated posts i.e only one site has the post as a indexible page. Important! - We are developers and know how long this should take. Please don't make any silly bids or say this will take days to do. We need this in 48 hours or less!
