THE PROJECT
We need a LAMP+JS+ Jquery+Ajax based classified ads website. The website will cater to one specific city only. Good references of what we are looking for are:

The overall plan is to have two kinds of users.
1. End users will will get 99% of the listings free. They might have to pay a marginal fee like 1 - 2$ for some types of listings.
2. The second kind of user will be Admin and sub admins. Admins will have overall control of the site, pricing for various listings, discounts, special offers, advertising etc. Admin will also be able to delegate tasks to various sub admins. Sub admins should have restricted access only to the areas where the access has been delegated.
Final details will be discussed with the company shortlisted for the project.
The company winning the project will be responsible for designing the site as well as the logo.
