CMS Web Site

PHP based web site with full administrative control panel functionality. Will consider CMS's such as Word Press or a custom CMS. Please include system licensing fees if applicable. Must work closely with me to customize the CMS's look and functionality. 1) The web site should have the following functionality: a) A calendar with dates and times for community meetings and events. b) Display of current agendas and minutes c) Storage and retrieval of old minutes, agendas and other documents d) Key word search on all minutes, agendas and documents e) Sign up for e-mail notification list f) Contact form. Must be able to add or remove email addresses. g) A list of links to related web sites. 2) Ability to administer the web site should follow these guidelines: a) Administrator will be a board member rather than a technician – so administrative functions must be easy to perform with normal MS Windows skill set. i) Administrator can add or remove users and reset passwords as required ii) Administrator can upload documents and add and index them in the appropriate locations. iii) Administrator can manage the citizen notification list iv) Administrator can add and manage the links b) The board may at a future time request additional functionality.
