Building and designing website where people can sell boats

The one I need is much more simpler than does two examples. Functionality would be very similar to www.deautos.com. Please have a detailed look at this website. Dont need a design from scratch. The design would be almost the same to [login to view URL] with color changes. The website would be done in SPANISH. Some of the things the website would need: -Registration with captcha and email confirmation -login -Home page: --With search, by characteristics and keyword --Space where feauterd boats are showned -Post boat: --Information --Pictures -Search boat: --Search by charateristics and keywords --Show lists of boats, with one picture and some info (like ebay products) --Column to the left with charateristics to filter search. -Boat publication page: --Picture gallery as [login to view URL] --information --Contact form to contanct seller and some user contact info. --Similar boats section -My account: --Active boat publication --Inactive boat publication --Account info (can edit fields) -Faq -Contact --Contact form -Users need to be notified by mail when someone is interested on his boat
