Build a Website like Odesk or Elance

Hi -

I would like you to create for me a service/reverse auction website like odesk/elance.

General functions need to be there, with some modifications.

I have two options:

a) i would get a copy of this script from: [url removed, login to view]

b) You already have a script, and would rather use yours and this get you more project fees. If so, i need to see your work please.

I do have modifications needed, so i've decided to do this in a two step process.

1. You will bid here with your estimation + if you choose me to get the script or use yours - this would affect my decision. You will also show me samples of work you have done related to this, or anything that might impress.

2. After i've read and if i find your bid/message interesting, i will ask you to sign a non-disclosure/copyright document which you would need to sign before i reveal to you what my modifications. After all is done, i will then give you another link on this website to bid again - a more proper bid amount and deadline after knowing what my modifications are. Kindly note: signing the document does not assure you of project, it is merely to understand all i need, and to give me a more proper bid.

Please be honest, speak English, timeline and bid prices are important.

As many of you know, this portal has many cheaters, and i have been cheated many times - so understand that upon award of project, i would upload milestone of ONLY 10% BUT will not release until work is done.

Some people have taken my money, ran away or even worked halfway, took the large milestone amount and not even done more after that leaving whatever work as useless.

Enough is enough. As a client, it is my terms now.
