Build a Review Website with a Twist

Hello. I am after a review website building, but one that is a little different. I want companies to be able to review their customers. This needs to work through companies entering a customers email address into the system and then rating them on different things. This needs to work on the customers facebook email address. The site needs to be monitised by being able to add adverts, affiliate info etc. The customer can then build up points, and the better points that they have, the more discounts they can receive from different retailers. This needs to be a nice easy website like trustpilot. And people need to be able to go onto the site, type in an email address and see what score they have received. Companies can then pay a small fee to see any notes that are left on the customer. Payment will only be made once the site is up, running and to a very good level.
