Build an Online Store

Hi We would like to have a frame work, wherein a customer could access ( concurrently) from a physical store as well a virtual store front, category wise Design files from a list of host websites faster and then help download it to a utility suite which will help evaluate the design file, make some customization in terms of its dimensions and generate a Quote for produce this design on a printer. We need a store front, wherein we would be able to download files from several websites which should get stored automatically to select list and allow the image of the file also displayed on the category list. When an user, clicks on the image and ask to PRINTIT, then it should open up a tool wherein he could enter his choice of material, scale and then get a quote for the same. He should then pay at the store ( both phyisical store and virtual store) and get an receipt for it.
