Build HTML Website Design Through Tumblr or Wordpress

We would like a HTML site that has a homepage similar to Google(like the examples attached). We want the website to be Tumblr or Wordpress based so we can easily edit it and to it ourselves. We wanted the homepage to be like Google.com. (Attached) Where it says enter here, we want it to go to actual his webpage that will include news, press, music, videos, and mixtapes. We would like where it says "Im Feeling Lucky" to go to a tumblr that will also be designed as well. For the actual website, we wanted something simple to counteract the "google-like" home page, but yet very distinctive. We wanted the "Google-like" search engine to be at the top of the page throughout the website like it is in the second attachment. Google allows for one to purchase a feature to allow the "Google-search engine" to be on the website. We will be utilizing that for the website. The website will play off of words that will be specific to the client's brand. Upon request, we will give more details on the website.
