Build a Freelance jobs listing website

I want you to build freelance job listing websites. You can use wordpress for it, but i need nice, clean web2.0 desing and a nice logo for it. Website will list the project by different online freelance website name, categories, budget and time. I want to use affilate system of all the freelance website so make sure at the backend i can mange it. I can manage categories, project number and all. Website need to be seo friendly, minimum graphics, and lots of ad placing area. I'll put money on escrow n released it on milestone. Send me full project draft, how r u going to mange it, how many days need to complete it. And how much time for the design?
