Build AngularJS Customer CRUD with REST API

This is an initial project and may be extended for more projects. For first module I need a simple CRUD customer Angular app/site. It should be well structured for easily adding more modules. (attached suggested file and folder structure) Backend is a simple REST API that updates an MYSQL database. (no sql-knowledge required). The code needs to be committed to subversion repository that will be provided. The project management tool is JIRA. (will be used in next modules/projects) The project should build on the YEOman stack (Grunt, Bowler) and the build scripts should be kept updated. (unit tests are not required but would be nice). Initial code can be checked out from subversion repository as a starting point. It already contains the YEOman, the backend code including sql. Please note that I am looking for a long term freelancer for more modules to build on this initial project.
