Automation of Gmail emails formatted into PHP-based program

Hello, I currently have a program which is written in PHP and is set active by an WAMP server. The program is a "leads" tracking program and client database management system. It is for a company that specializes in moving items (Moving company) The current way things are done is that the incoming "leads" (leads are people who are interested in this service) are formatted as an email in the Gmail account. It contains items such as "Name", "Date of move", "Move to", etc. These leads are manually inputted into the PHP database for record and it is a tedious process. This project is for you to provide automation to this workflow by having the incoming emails AUTOMATICALLY formatted and inputted into the database. The attached is the sample of how the email content should be inputted into the page. I am looking for someone who is tech-savy, provides good communication and follow-up support. Ideally, i would like this to have be done within 30 DAYS of when this project has been awarded. There will be more opportunities for more work on this project if this first phase is completed!
