API guide - revue and evaluate

We have a 30 page API/module development guide (lots of examples and white space). We need an experienced freelancer to evaluate the guide and see if you can follow the logic to the point where you could develop a module (and multiple scripts) and establish a link between a separate ecommerce website database and our ecommerce website database (you dont have to actually do it this is just theory). in general we need: 1) you to identify what parts of the guide are not easy to understand and suggest improvements. 2) you to suggest what additional data we need to provide to make it easier to implement and what that data should be. 3) you to suggest improvements to the way we have presented the information (the flow/ the technical language used) so its easier to follow. 4) Estimate how long it should take to do for real (we already have an idea however this is just to get a 3rd opinion). This should take no more than 4 hours to do. Our site is an ecomemrce site and the sites that will be using the guide will also be ecommerce sites.
