Linux based. SSL. Internal Security. Allows users to log in using internet Modes of communication will be email, fax, printing of letters, and instant messaging for two people that are online at the same time. Using various forms and checklists be able to customize a complete communication using email, fax, printing, letters, billing, and reports, and instant messaging. There will never be a fax coming in. I need to know what hardware is required to send a fax out using the internet. The printer is a HP 4200 DTN and I have used it over the internet many times. The system will need to also have a number of checklists that cue and repeat functions on a daily manner. There needs to be a scanning module created that allows documents to be scanned directly into clients files. The program also has a feature that it can make phone calls through the computer to fax and to order credit reports. The credit reports are ordered by using a timed checklist and using key tones through the computer. These key tones enter various information from each client. There is a simple resource switch so that it doesn't jam the credit bureaus. It records the call while doing this and saves it so a worker can listen and see if it was working or not. It also allows certain dates to be placed into the cue. There are quite a large number of checklists. Not just the ones seen here. There are a few variables on large on others. As a programmer in the past it is something that isn't difficult but time consuming. I have laid out many of the variables but not all. The designer has come up with some of the screens for a guideline of how they are to appear. Some changes will be needed. The designer has placed them in JPG format so you can cut a button out that you need. He has also prepared a template. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
