Cars for sale web site

We are looking to design/develop/test a new web site for car sales adds. We are looking for 00ne or a group of web designer(s)/developer(s) to assist us in the design and the development (full software development cycle). We are looking for long-term relationship. The project will be divided on a number of modules and tasks and we will pay on task basis. We are planning to have the web site up and ready for live test within 6 months starting from September 2010. We have a budget of US$10,000 for the design, development and test and another US$ 10,000 for the marketing of the web site. The web site maintenance will continue for the right candidate until the web site starts making profits and until we will be in position to hire our own in house development team. So the right candidate will have plenty of work for at least 18 months. We are looking for candidates with the following expertises: - Web design software architecture exeperience for similar work, - Database design and creation experience for MySQL, - Strong PHP experience, - HMTL, Javascript, Java, CSS, Web graphics design, ... are all required, - Security consideration and on-line top secure payment integration will be part of the project, - Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experience We will be inspired by [login to view URL] especially for the simplicity and the efficiency of the design and the functionality of this web site. Full detailed code comments will be required and a strict condition for each task payment.
