A small utility for connecting to a well known chat server

I need a small windows program developed for interfacing with chat rooms on Gay.com. The program should be written in either VB.Net or C#. There should be a window which allows me to enter my [login to view URL] username and password and the bio-line. There should be another text box that allows me to enter a message. When I enter the [login to view URL] username, password, bioline and message and click on the start button, the program should connect to the [login to view URL] chat server, log in and then iterate through all available chat rooms, enter each chat room, send the message that i have typed in the text box provided and move on to the next room. I do not need functionality for chatting. I just need this utility to work as an automated bot that will send the message to each chat room and then exit. Please have a look at [[login to view URL]][1] for a utility that someone has developed. This will give you an idea of what need to be done. Please note that this utility is a full chat client that allows chatting in the rooms. I do not want full functionality for chatting. I just need the function of being able to post a single message in all of the chat rooms. Also, please note that if one chat room is full (98 to 100 members) then a second (or more) room is available. The program should be able to detect this and be able to enter these secondary chat rooms for posting the message. While the utility is running, it should display the current status e.g. connecting to the chat server.... connecting to Atlanta city wide room.... posting message.... exiting Atlanta city wide room... connecting to Atlanta Mature room... etc... ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
