we need new forms, tables and reports added to a existing ms access db for managing of fundraising for a scout group

we have a ms 2003 access db for print and recording scouts term fees and print reports and permision slips
i have started to add a fundraising section to this and now don't have the time to finish.
at the moment the scouts are selling box's of chocolate a box contains 24 bars of chocolate total of $48 return and $24 profit?
What i need it to do is record the qty's of what each scout takes and returns
print reports for each and or all scouts of how much they have raised eg. ( scout name ,qty sold,$ sold , $ profit)
be able to close fundraising and start another fundraising? when objectives complete
the following is already done but needs cleaning up
print blank forms with the scouts name on? for manual recording of qty's going in and out
create input screens to record from manual recording probable 2 screen 1 for out going and 1 for returns
scouts have several sections (joes, cubs, scouts, ventures and rovers) for differant age groups each section has there own copy of this access db to record their section
fees on but only the scout section uses it. now we need to add all sections into 1 access db the db already has all tables for all sections but no forms built to manage all
sections each section will still need to be indepent of each other but recorded in the 1 db instead of 5
scouts have a permision form called c4 in the db we are able to print c4's for the whole night's scouts we would now like to be able to select which scouts or patrol to
print c4's for
all these new additions would need to be available for other sections as well
at times we have parents volunteer for bbq for fundraising with this we need to record number of hrs worked total taken from bbq and costs taken out and added to the scouts
fundraising eg. (1 or 2 parents per hr 6 hr day = 12 bbq raised $1000 - expense $300 profit $700 divided by the scouts 12 which would give each scout $58)
