Data Terminal Menu Designer Application

Data Terminal Menu Designer Application Windows application that allows our customers to configure a menu system for use on our in-vehicle mobile data terminals. The MDT is a simple terminal device utilizing a 4 x 20 character display and selector buttons. The Menu designer program will allow the user to specify menus and selector lists. Each menu item will also have an action associated with it. Actions can include linking to a selector list, linking to another menu, or perform one of several basic system tasks we will describe. These might include send data out the serial port, clear display, beep, etc.. The output of the Designer application will be a data file that will be downloaded to the MDT. The MDT firmware will then use this file to configure itself. We will provide a description of the data file and system tasks. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform W98,W2k,WXP
