Custom web browser

We have thin clients that have a very restrictive profile so the users can only run specified applications.? They are unable to launch internet explorer to browse websites.? I do not want to remove this restriction.? I need to give them access to a few internal websites without allowing them to access the rest of the internet.? I want a custom browser application written that will allow the user to browse an editable list of websites and no others.? When the application is launched it will appear as a window with html links to the approved sites.? The user can click on any of the sites and the application will go to that site using the same window.? I do not want an address bar, or any way to enter a url to be available to the user.? The only things available will be… Home (to the list of available websites) Back Forward Refresh Close Minimize Maximize ? The websites are very simple interfaces and I can provide screen shots if needed.? There are no flash animations or any thing complex.? One of the websites will be our internal mail server.? There is the possibility of the user getting an email with html links embedded in it.? This application must not allow the user to get to any other websites than the ones in the predetermined list.? ? I am open to suggestions of how to create edit and store the list of allowed websites.? It can not be something that can be edited using a word process or notepad.
