Ad Creator for Auction Sites

This is a 3rd repost. First two coders flaked. Still in mediation with the 2nd, but I'd really like to get this done. Are there ANY honest coders left on RAC? I've always had such GREAT success in the past, what has happened? What I'm attempting to create is a? completely self contained desktop application nearly identical in functionality? to the online ad creator found here: [[login to view URL]][1] The page is based in the UK, I want the application US based with all US defaults. A simple HTML generator with some 'auction specific' features. ## Deliverables I'd like the ability to include photos into the ad just like the website allows, the photos should then be re-sized to properly fit the ad. An upload feature would be VERY nice, but this is not 100% necessary. I'm willing to talk about it and determine with coder if it's possible within the scope of this project.
