Convert VB6 to VB.NET 2003

Convert a VB6 program to VB.NET 2003. The program is made of *.dll's and consists of 53 forms, 35 modules, 4 class modules. It runs inside another software as an addin.

After importing current project into VB.NET something like 2000 errors appear. These vary from very simple gramatical changes, to specific API calls to another software, and other errors.

The essential part of this task is:

1- to have **expert knowledge of VB.NET 2003** and **VB6**,

2 - Work must be completed **at our premisses** (Lancashire, UK) using our hardware and software setup. (This is because we have other specialist 3D CAD software installed and configured to run with this program)

We are in the process of moving to the VB.NET platform but are under strict time deadlines. We will offer our help on the VB6 project and structure along the duration of this project.

**Please note:** Unless you live in the UK or can travel here, you will not be considered for this project as it needs to be developed in-house. Thank you.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
