I have an Access database that has 4 tables and many forms, queries, and macros. I already exported the data from the 4 tables in Access to SQL Server and I deleted the tables in Access. Now, I need to hard code the SQL Server connection info into the Access database so that when a user opens the Access file, it will automatically connect to SQL Server without asking for any username / password info. I know how to setup a User DSN on my pc so that I can connect to SQL Server, but that will not work in this case. I need the SQL Server connection info hard coded into Access so that I can distribute the Access database by email, etc to various users. I believe this is a very simple thing to do, I just don't know how. Let me know if I am wrong. Attached is the Access dataabse.
