I have been chasing this project for a very long time. Thus far it has only been half completed. The previous developer was a gentleman, but due to certain personal reason the project halted.
Your job will be to pick up where he left and finish off.
In a Nutshell - What is this about?
We are an online merchant, and we need the CSV, XML or TXT, etc file to be imported into the system in a daily basis. Then the system will message us what products are new, what is gone, price changes, out of stock and that sort of thing.
Reason for this project was to have daily information about stock from all distributors that we work with and possibility to add more. And future expansion etc.

I insist that you read that file before you bid.
The wireframe is just for a guide.
The PDF was written long time ago but is still good for info (though its not binding, the TXT file is most relevant)

CONDITIONS:
I want a firm deadline - no kidding. This project has been through three developers, and I have lost about all patience that I had. Miss the deadline by one day and the deal is off.
I will also cancel project if the developer fails to communicate appropriately and timely. I will warn only once.
Lastly, I will not renegotiate. Get to know everything that you have to do before beginning. All that is listed on the TXT file I want done.
Trust me, this is not as simple as it may sound. If you have experience in such datafeed work I'll consider you more for the work. But it will probably still not be easy.

A developer who can communicate well is the artist I want. (A copy past bid will be ignored because it is simply disrespectful)
