Circular Graph Displaying in Web Browser

This should be fairly easy for a web-graphics expert, but I know almost nothing about graphics. This program will graphically display the ASCII value of the data contained in text-files of differing row-lengths (although the row-length will usually be the same for a given group of data-points). Each point in the circular band will correspond to the average ASCII value of one byte-position in the text file. The color of each point should scale from Red (to Orange to Yellow to Green to Blue to Indigo to Violet) based upon its value along the ASCII chart (from ASCII 32 to 126, below that should be white and above that should be black). Picture a circle with layers or bands (see here: [login to view URL]). Each layer represents one set of data-points (or the data contained in one file). Another good example is here: [login to view URL] Multiple sets of data-points will be provided in a format of: (1,1,24),(1,2,56),(1,3,220). The first number indicates the data-set, the second number is a byte-position sequence indicator, and the third is an average ASCII value indicator for that byte-position in the file. Datasets will be provided sequentially and should display from inner-layer to outer-layer (outermost layer will be most recent dataset, innermost is oldest dataset). The circle should scale to fit the screen and remain circular. The outer layer should be a fixed width (a centimeter or so), while inner layers should scale based upon the number of datasets provided, to some logical maximum (10 or 20). For instance I may be analyzing only 2 or 3 files, or may be comparing 25. The number of points around each band will be arbitrary based upon the source text-file's row-length. I want a VB.NET class to which I can pass datasets, which then writes out the (X)HTML/CSS to a file, which will display the graph in a browser. These will not be served up on a web-page but are for my own quality-control procedures. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I want a VB.NET (or C#) class and the output must be a file that will display in any web-browser.
