You must include a working demo with your bid to be considered. So far all prior bids are being rejected because I do not have time to waste answering questions that are answered here.

The solicitation is for an already available accounting product and the bid is reserved for serious coders only.

Please do not bid if you do not have an accounting product already.

The software package must must be stable and was developed in **Visual Basic version 6.0.

**Basic “must- have?? modules included: A/R, A/P, G/L, Bank Reconciliation, Purchase Orders. If you do not know what these are, please do not bid.

Bidder will be asked to provide a sample executable of their product - No exception .

A/R must have printing of Customer statements, process finance charges. At minimum, programs should have functionality of QuickBooks. Download their demo and use as example.

Delivery of source code and installing instruction is expected within **30 days** after the bid acceptance date otherwise the bid will be cancelled. We extended this deadline to allow you time to make changes to any code you already have.

We have to be able to compile your code in our development environment before we accept the project as complete.

*I will provide a database and some partially completed screens to get you started.

You must use ActiveReports 2.0 from* [*[url removed, login to view]*][1]*. Download their working demo free. You can develop fully with their demo. I will recompile with the licensed version.

I will send the winning bidder 2 reports and the report program engine to get you started.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP.

Software will be written to VB 6.0 and support MS SQL Server Desktop engine (MSDE) and MS Access as back end databases.
