Access and FTP!! Very Easy

I already have 2 seperate applications that do the functions that I need, but I would like to combine the 2 applications and make it one single application with a much nicer GUI to it. The winning bidder will get all the project files and source code to the old projects and like I said, I would like the code a little cleaner or let me know if you have an idea on how to make it better, and I would also like a nice GUI! The 2 current applications that I would like combined, and cleaned are.. Well, one application just backs up files, copies them from one place to another... The other one, downloads an access db, using ftp commands, then uploads the files that are specified in the db that it downloaded.. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform These have to be compatible with all windows machines, and I would hope that there is no extra dll's or anything, i dont want to have to install them, but just place them on a computer!
