Big blue button front end

I have a Big blue button server.? I need a front end website built that allows a user to sign up and order their own meeting room on demand. There would be options for the number of users that would be allowed into the meeting room and for how long the meeting room is required for. There would also be an option for recurring billing. Payment would be through PayPal.? Once payment is made, the user would be given a unique meeting room (or URL) and passwords for admin and users. They should be able to login into the admin/payment site to extend the meeting room/change subscriptions/view invoices etc. I need someone with experience of BBB to help with this. First stage is to work with me to fully scope and document the requirement (after which I will release 20% payment). Then to build the product.? Please ask questions. Do not just submit a bid saying "I can do this, please look at my previous projects" especially if they are just crap websites - I will report you as spam.
