Data entry into web site

We are seeking a responsible person who would be interested in entering data into our web site.

The data that we need to have entered into a custom form that we have created is the telephone area codes for every single city and area from every single country.

The above is the 'worst case scenario' because there are some countries with no internet access and we would not want to populate our database with useless information, however for countries that we 'do' consider a potential customer base, then we will need that information entered.

## Deliverables

In our web site we have already put every single country, however you would have to log into our web site (once we have accepted your bid) and start from A and finish at Z.

You will have to do research on the internet to find out the 'area codes' for each of the cities and 'the typical phone numbers' that they use. You will choose the country from our drop down list, then type the cities or states followed by typing the different areas (if any) within those cities and their area codes, followed by their number.

To get the above information you will have to search for country information on search engines, maybe the country's yellow pages or white pages - whatever it takes.

The MOST important thing about this job is that you make sure that the information you're putting on the web site is 150% correct - there can be 'NO MISTAKES', so you have to be patient and do a PERFECT job because we will not be able to check 'all' the work you've done.

An example of a typical entry into our web form would be:

If the country was Australia then you would click on 'Australia' on the web form, then you would put the different states 'New South Wales','Victoria','Queensland' etc etc, then you would put the cities (inside each state). To do that you would then click on 'New South Wales' (because you've just created that state) and you would find the cities that the state has, so you will find in the net or a map that 'Sydney' is one of the cities that is part of that state and you will also type 'Sydney' into a box and then you will put the area code of Sydney '2'.

Once you get to Sydney and you've put the area code as '2' then you can click on that entry and you'll be taken to another page where you can put a number range for that city. So with the help of the yellow pages or white pages you will find that the number format used in Sydney is '9245 4252', so you will enter into the form '9245 4000' in one box and '9245 9000' in the other box. Once you click on accept, the system will generate 5000 numbers that are in the format that you've just entered.

Once the above is done then you can move to the next city.

To give you an idea, today I did 'Trinidad & Tobago' (a small country) and it took me less than 1 hour to do.

The most important thing, is that the entries are 150% correct. The spelling of the names is just as important as getting every number and format correct.

If you are interested, please don't hesitate to post your reply with a bid.
