Audio Recorder (with Merging functionality)

This project should be a piece of cake for someone who knows what they are doing and has done an audio recorder before. There is some extra stuff that makes this project unique that you can find in the word doc attached. Basically the idea is having a program that allows users to record as many intros like "Hi John," "Hi Sue," Hi Mike," "Hi James." Then they are able to record a few regular messages... whatever they would say after saying "Hi John." Like: "I just wanted to thank you for signing up for our newsletter. Here's how to get started at our website..." etc etc etc. Basically, this program would auto-compile all the "first names" with the long message(s) and create mp3/wave files automatically upon request. An extra component would allow userd to export html files with mp3 players automatically embedded making it easy for them to easily upload all of these files to their server, ready-to-go. **** See microsoft word doc for full details before bidding. ****** I think if someone is skilled in audio/recording, this project should be a piece of cake. Again, the most important part is the exporting as html page / mp3 and being able to give them the code in the html that embeds some type of audio/mp3 player in the page. The program needs to be robust enough to handle an export of 200 "first names" x 1 or 2 general messages. ## Deliverables Work for hire 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform must work on Windows platform (xp, vista definitely). Even older versions, if possible.
