Android OS for Xybernaut Atigo M Wireless - Touch Screen - PDA WebDT

I have a Xybernaut Atigo M Series touch screen computer and I would like to be able to run the Andriod or another operating system on the unit. There is a USB and CF port and they have wireless Internet. Currently they have [url removed, login to view] running and I would like to find some more uses for it.

I am open to suggestions and would need to have a way to install an operating system on these units. For specs go to:

I'm open to suggestions...! I have about 40 units and I would like to find a good use for selling them. I need something I can full install and get functional.
