I am a property management company ([login to view URL]). we were building a portal for landlords and tenants to sign in in order to access the specific documentation which they have requested to be available online. Unfortunately the guys we were dealing with have made the system too complicated to use. So i wanted a simple interface for tenants to login to access a folder which will have: up to date communications, latest and historic invoices and statements. For Landlords it will need to give them access to a bespoke folder which will have monthly documentation.
