change functions/form in wordpress.

(so I know you read this). Ok here we go! We have a website. the form is not fully working and need some changes. It is a multiple step form. Based on information on step3 (last step) we want to import the e-mail to an autoresponder campaign. (there are 4-5 options and 4-5 campaigns). Also we want all the information emailed to a specific emailadres of a user of wordpress. Besides that the information has to go into a CRM system. So when email is sent : 1. into autoresponder campaign. 2. to specific email adres 3. into CRM system. The CRM system should show : - if possible from which source the lead came (seo, social, facebook. linkedin....) - status of the lead (new, closed, follow up later...etcetera) - sent lead to third party and log this info in the CRM - third party can login and update the status of the lead if possible. - maybe you know some nice functions. For autoresponder we already had a WP plugin, but open for discussion if you know a better one. For CRM we are looking for a good CRM. For the autoresponder it is important that we can easily add the contact information with some basic fields, so they are changed in all the emails of the autoresponder. ----0---- Besides that we need some changes on what a normal user of WP can change within the website. for the right person an easy job. please tell me reasonable timeframe and costs.
