Custom Module Download Data (csv files), and import it

This a Drupal 7 custom module: We provide a development and testing enviroment. We use our own entity for scheduling task We need the following: 1. Login and Download Login to a Website with (Username and password) > download csv files > save csv files as new entity with two entity_references. (It is just one website, but different username and passwords. User provides Username and password in a node) This task must be done weekly and our entity "scheduler" must be used for it. We have good expierence with drush usage instead of cron, so this must be coded as drush action. 2. Import CSV we have downloaded before, needs to be imported automatically. I am not sure here, but the easiet thing is to import it over feeds module (It's just a csv file). We are looking for a long term relationship. You need to sign an NDA before you get access to detailed description. Coding must be done in drupal coding standards. Communication via skype. We set due dates for milestones, If you reach the milestones you get a bonus on top.
