Convert PHP code to multi-thread python

The code shall be converted to Python. 2. To code shall be run at a certain time each day (00:59:30 - 01:15:00) with 2.000 requests per second. 3. There shall be a list of domain names that are automatically checked. In case the list contains 1 domain name = 2.000 requests per second to register that domain; in case that list includes 10 domains => 200 requests per second per domain.
