My business is looking to add a CRM to its existing services. Its a basic CRM with following functionality.
Admin pages for changing settings and setting up users based on an email address, adding new fields to accounts, opportunities, contacts
Users should be able to have different levels of access based on their profile (standard & Admin) and role (user, manager, divisional mgr, CEO)
Accounts - parent level where everything is tied to. Accounts should have the following fields and functionality at a minimum
Account Number, account name, account type (drop down that can be edited through admin panel) Account owner (based on registered users), website, address fields, description field. Should also have the ability to add up to 30 new customer fields (unlimited preferred).
Opportunities - subordinate to the account. Opportunities should have the following functionality at a minimum
Opportunity owner, opp name, account name (tied back to accounts), stage, closing date, opp type (drop down, should be editable in the admin panel), probability (auto value based on stage, should be editable), service type (drop down), lead source, primary contact, value of opp. Should have ability to add extra custom fields through the admin panel
Contacts - linked to account, contact name, phone, mobile, email address, notes field, birthday, wife's name, childrens names, favorite sport, favorite team in that sport, should have the ability to add custom fields through the admin panel
Tasks - should be able to assign tasks and generate an email or calendar reminder with the task is due. Should be able to set forward reminder dates and times.
Dashboard - should be a to produce graphs from data in the system e.g. pipeline report by stage & owner
Reports - should be able to produce custom reports based on filter criteria
Import/Export - should be able to import and export records from the DB in CSV & XML formats
All records should be time stamped with created, last modified dates
A general reference guide would be salesforce or zoho CRM, but we don't need all the additional bells and whistles.
Ability to show previous work in this area will be an advantage e.g. of a demo CRM or similar that you have built
