I need two Apache web services, built using CentOS and Python. They must be fast when servicing simultaneous connections.
The two services will use the following language detection libraries:

Each service must have it's own endpoint so they can be tested against each other.
The attached documents are a sample of the input and output of the service. I will provide a Rackspace Virtual Server where you must install Apache, Pyton and the working services for testing. I will also need an installation script/package that will allow me to install the solution on other servers. I also included the python script that will be used to test the web service.
