I need to implement the following in PHP for my site:
I would like to offer a nominal gift to some of my site users. They will need to complete the order of the item from Amazon. They will get to select from a limited number of items from the [url removed, login to view] website/store.
I will provide the item IDs for a limited number of items that can be purchased. The user will be able to get up to a $25 credit for the purchase. This credit should be charged to my credit card account for each transaction. If the user selects a product with a higher price than $25 then the user will need to input their payment details to pay the remaining balance. They will enter the shipping details and complete the transaction.
It appears since I need two transactions I may need to use Amazon Flexible Payments, however I am open to using other amazon payment solutions if available to process this special transaction. To be clear all items will be items from [url removed, login to view] and specific items only. Your code must allow for only the allowable items, and the entire transaction from selection.
The most important task is that I will be paying up to the first $25 per purchase, and there must be a way to authenticate the user qualifies for the credit (like checking for a valid promo code or key prior to end of the transaction).
Again I am flexible to variations of implementation as long as:
1) I can control products and
2) the $25 credit are implemented.
You must provide a fully functional PHP coded solution with documented code. Turn around time is within 10 days from project start.
