Add Amazon To My Revenue Sharing Model(repost)

I own a website with over 1,000 authors. We share AdSense revenue in the following way: The author earns 70%, the person who referred the author to the website earns 25% (if they were referred), and the website earns the remaining 5-30%.
I would like to integrate a way for authors to share revenue with Amazon ads the same way. I'm not sure what the best way to do this is, but there would need to be some kind of system for relevant Amazon ads to be displayed.
My website has been built on the Hotaru CMS - it's lightweight, and there is a lot of documentation to guide you through the process. It is built using PHP and MySql. Of course, the syntax is specific to my CMS, but it's not difficult to learn.
Anyone who has any good ideas and understands exactly what I am talking about is a good candidate for this job. Please, when you bid, let me know how you want to integrate this project. I'm open to good ideas :).
