Custom Social Script

I would like a site developed that will have the following features: -Allow people to sign up and be assigned a subdomain, with a purchasable addon option of a full domain registration pointed to a subdomain. -Once they have their account, they should be able to login and make blog posts, pictures/gallery, videos with the option of each being public or private only. -They should be able to customise their "subdomain" template for colors, and perhaps layout options, ie the location of the video posts, blog posts, or pictures. -Option to send their link to a friend, so they can share the site with friends and family. -Later on the ability to select a selection of postings, probably a years worth, to be submitted for publishing offsite. (This part can just be a manual process if necessary) Memberships should be free or paid, free being restricted on how many pictures / videos can be uploaded, and paid giving a certain amount, changeable in an admin / management panel. Merchant gateway = Paypal or Alertpay.
